2Go (Consultant version) is a mobile application designed for professionals and consultants who want to offer their services online.

Through this app, consultants can create and manage their profiles, add their areas of expertise, define available dates and times, and communicate directly with clients.

The app provides a clean, minimal, and professional interface that helps consultants easily present their skills and manage their appointments, ensuring an efficient experience for both sides of the platform.

What I did

  • Conducted user research to understand consultants’ workflow and what they need to manage clients efficiently.

  • Defined personas representing different professionals such as coaches, doctors, and designers.

  • Designed user journeys and task flows for profile creation, scheduling, and managing sessions.

  • Created wireframes and transformed them into high-fidelity UI designs with a calm green palette for a trustworthy feel.

  • Designed a UI system with consistent spacing, iconography, and typography to ensure clarity and professionalism.

  • Focused on UX simplicity by minimizing cognitive load and keeping navigation intuitive.

  • Built an interactive prototype in Figma to simulate the consultant onboarding and scheduling process.

  • Conducted usability testing and iterated the designs based on real user feedback to improve clarity and efficiency.
